Took my partner iphone 12mini there today on the 18/11/22 the was quite nice and friendly and new what they was doing compair to other places saying the won't get it done till tomorrow or Monday so I popped there and gave them a try and really appreciate the support and the help and They gave me a good price in future people if u need your phone fixed give them a try they are located opposite the Bell in Norwich many thanks guys for today
Super fast screen replacement for S20 FE (same day repair done in under 40 mins!)... and for half the price of Samsung retail. Thanks guys - would happily use again!
Easy online booking. Phone screen on my S20 ultra smashed . These guys had it repaired within the hour. Why wait 5 days at Samsung Shop. Cheaper as well.Highly recommend Smart Tech Repairs 👍
Excellent I called ahead with details of problem with IPhone speaker volume I was advised of both scenarios it would either be a clean or replacement part. I turned up and 30 mins later all done and working again. Very reasonably priced and good service.
Took my phone in on the off-chance that the aux socket could be fixed (had stopped accepting headphone jack). Chap behind the counter took out a pair of giant pincers and fished out a bundle of fluff from the socket (I thought I'd cleared it all out) in about 5 seconds. Handed the phone back with a smile, socket now clear and working perfectly again. Simple, friendly service, rare these days. Will definitely go back if I have any problems with phones in the future - might even have to pay next time!
Fab service. Broke my Samsung phone screen so needed a replacement. Booked in on the Friday afternoon, took it in on Saturday morning, and got the phone back within the hour in perfect working order. Really competitive price too. Would recommend and use again.
